Chateau Le Val and it’s pigeonnier were built in 1751 in what is now a national park . It has a fascinating history and was occupied in the last war.The chateau burnt down in 1997 and was recently painted crimson to publicise the common sense manifesto. This is an artists impression, kindly done be Architect Jeremy Bushell, of Chateau Le Val, restored with crescent of ancillary accommodation, (the latter subject to planning permission).
